Mastermind sessions are recorded in full and may be used unaltered for marketing or educational purposes with your explicit consent.

3. AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTED DATA

4. SPECIAL CATEGORY: PERSONAL DATA IN MASTERMIND VIDEOS

If you appear on camera, say your clinic name, show a pet owner’s information, or reveal identifiable details, this becomes personal data under Swiss law and GDPR.

We only use identifiable mastermind content for marketing if you explicitly consent before attending.

This is 100% legal and compliant when you do this.

5. ANONYMIZATION PROCESS

We remove:

veterinarian names (unless consented in mastermind)

clinic names

pet owner names

email addresses

phone numbers

addresses

microchip numbers

identifiable metadata

After anonymization, the data is no longer subject to GDPR or Swiss DPA.

6. OWNERSHIP OF ANONYMIZED DATA

6.1 Exclusive Ownership

all content from videos/emails/letters once anonymized

analyzed and transformed data

aggregated datasets

6.2 Permanent & Irrevocable

You cannot revoke, delete, retract, or demand removal of anonymized data.

SwissVetAI may:

sell anonymized data

license anonymized datasets

commercialize aggregated insights

build derivative products using anonymized data

offer anonymized datasets to third parties

use anonymized content for research, analytics, or AI training

monetize anonymized datasets internally or externally

publish anonymized results

7. USE OF IDENTIFIABLE CONTENT (REQUIRES EXPLICIT CONSENT)

Swiss law requires explicit consent before we use identifiable content (faces, names, clinic identities) in marketing.

By joining the SwissVetAI Mastermind, you must explicitly agree that:

“All mastermind sessions are recorded, stored, and may be used unaltered for marketing and commercial purposes.”
